El Salam Language school was established by Prince George William Lotf Allah in 1901. It was known as “American Missionary for Girls”.  Later on it was renamed “American School”. Since then it became a joint school for boys and girls regarding the primary stage in the era of Ms/ Seever. Afterwards, Ms/ Amilia Khalil took over the school management for 45 years. In 1998, Ms/ Susan Zaki established the Department of Foreign Languages. The first batch graduated from the secondary stage (Arabic and Languages Departments) in 2011/2012.
